Email support@roomly.ng. If your message is about a booking, include the property name and your check-in date so the team can find it quickly.
Many questions are already answered in the help centre — including cancelling or changing dates and what you are charged.
The Roomly app
Booking happens in the Roomly app, available on the App Store. An Android version is not available yet.

These are the only social accounts operated by Roomly Technologies Limited. Roomly will never ask for your password or a payment outside the app.
