Roomly is a Nigerian accommodation marketplace. List a hotel or a shortlet, confirm the booking requests you want, and withdraw your earnings to a Nigerian bank account verified through Paystack. Listing is free — Roomly takes a 10% commission on the subtotal of each paid booking.
What you can list
- Hotels — organised into suites, each containing rooms. Guests book a room within a suite.
- Shortlets — studios, apartments, duplexes, bungalows, penthouses, villas, luxury homes, beach houses and shared spaces.
Every listing is reviewed and approved by the Roomly team before it is publicly visible, so guests only ever see stock that has been checked.
What you earn
Roomly’s commission is 10% of the booking subtotal — the nightly price multiplied by the number of nights. It is taken from your side of the booking, not added to what the guest pays. The guest’s service fee is separate and does not come out of your earnings.

Getting paid
When a guest pays, your share is credited to your pending balance. It moves to your available balance once the guest’s check-in date has passed, and you can withdraw it from there. Your wallet shows both balances and a ledger of every movement.
Withdrawals go to a Nigerian bank account verified through Paystack. You can also submit business verification — your business name, address, state, CAC number and a registration document — which the Roomly team reviews. See payouts and verification.
Managing your listings
The Roomly dashboard is where you confirm booking requests, manage suites and rooms, track revenue, read the reviews guests leave after completed stays, and submit business verification. Remember that a paid request you do not confirm within 24 hours is cancelled and refunded automatically.

What does it cost to list a property on Roomly?
Listing is free. Roomly takes a 10% commission on the booking subtotal — the nightly price multiplied by the number of nights — of each paid booking, deducted from the host payout. The guest service fee is paid by the guest and is not taken from host earnings.
How long does it take for a listing to go live?
Every new listing is reviewed by the Roomly team before it becomes publicly visible. Editing an approved listing sends it back for review, and it is hidden until it is approved again.
How do Roomly hosts get paid?
A guest payment credits the host’s pending balance. It becomes available once the guest’s check-in date has passed, and can then be withdrawn to a Nigerian bank account verified through Paystack.
What happens if I do not confirm a booking request?
A paid booking that is not confirmed within 24 hours is cancelled automatically and the guest is refunded in full.
